ULTIMATE BULLBARS are made using the highest grade alloy possible in each application. Where possible all bullbars are gusseted and braced to provide optimum strength without ruining the overall appearance of the product. Our bumper channel sections are as thick or thicker than our competitors ranging from 8mm to 12mm thick. All lower skirting’s and plate sections are 6mm thick 5083 grade alloy.All of our tube is mandrel bent and we use the highest grade benderable alloy tube on all our bullbars.
ALL bullbars are tested by an approved engineer for SRS airbag and FUPS (frontal underrun protection system) compliance.
